It all started when…

the coronavirus pandemic began in March 2020. With all of our classes having been cancelled and our members being advised to stay at home, we decided to make some home training videos as well as run online classes through the Zoom platform.

ZOOM TRAINING

FLO are not currently running any Zoom sessions as actual classes have resumed for the moment. Should restrictions change and we are unable to deliver actual classes, we will start up online classes immediately so that Members can always continue to fence and train.
